Enriched air, trimix and rebreather diving just can’t happen without the right gas mixes. Not only does a dive shop need the right blending equipment, but it also needs qualified gas blenders. As a Tec Gas Blender Instructor, you can help meet the demand for gas blenders by offering this important training – the Tec Gas Blender course.
Course Pre-Requisites
To enroll in a Tec Deep Instructor course, you must:
• Be a renewed PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
• Be a PADI Enriched Air Instructor, or have completed a PADI Enriched Air Instructor course.
• Be a PADI Gas Blender.
Note that qualifying certifications from other diver training organizations may apply – ask your Tec Gas Blender Instructor Trainer.

What equipment will you use?
You will use specific Gas Blending equipment, including:
• O2 cylinders
• Helium cylinders
• Cascade Whip for partial pressure blending
• Nitrox stick for continuos flow blending

• Helium analyzers
• buster pump
• decals, stickers, tapes

Scheduling
The TEC GAS BLENDER INSTRUCTOR course can be conducted over one (1) day if you meet all the pre requisites. If you still need to work on meeting the Pre Requisites we can help you by preparing all requiered certification courses.
We will prepare a detailed schedule that will allow you to learn on small groups and with direct interaction with our TEC GAS BLENDER TRAINER. Please let us know when your available time and we`ll work a plan for you.
